How do you ensure the seafood stays fresh during delivery?
All orders are packed in specialized temperature-controlled insulated boxes with industrial-grade gel ice packs to maintain a consistent cold chain from our market to your doorstep.
What are your delivery areas and schedules?
We currently deliver across the greater metropolitan area from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed before 10 PM are eligible for next-day delivery, depending on your specific postcode.
Can I track my seafood order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing a real-time tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Is the fish delivered whole or filleted?
We offer various preparation options for most of our products. You can choose to have your fish kept whole, cleaned, or filleted by selecting the preference on the product page before adding it to your cart.
What is your policy if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If you are not home, our drivers will leave your insulated box in a safe place as instructed. Because our packaging is designed to keep products chilled for up to 4 hours, your seafood will remain fresh until you arrive.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns regarding the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
