Return Process

Upon receipt of your seafood delivery, immediately check the temperature and quality of all items to ensure they meet your expectations.

If you notice any discrepancies or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging labels as evidence for our quality control team.

Email our customer service team at support@claudiosseafoods.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and the photos taken.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Our specialists will review your claim and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund to be processed within 3-5 business days.
